Instructions for Pulling a Learner History from Epath
1. Click on "E-Learning Admin", then click "Client Login".
2. Enter your HCH email address and then your password.
3. On the Management Reports page, click "
Course Roster".
4. Limit your search by selecting the
College, Curriculum, and Course (Required)
 For example: If you want to pull a roster for 2008 Enrichment
   Select
College "Annual Enrichment All Associates" from the dropdown list
   Select
Curriculum "2008 Enrichment All Associates"
   Select
Course  "2008 Annual Enrichment All Associates (ONLINE)"
5. Limit your search by selecting a
Job Type or Cost Center.
6.
Under the Select noLogin option, click on "login allowed" (This enables you to see  
only current Associates, not the Terminated ones).
7. Click on the button "
Registered (now or in the past)".
8. Click on the check box beside the following:
 Learner Name
 
Course Completion Date
 Test Score or Test Pass/Fail
9. Remove the green check marks from the rest of the check boxes by clicking on it.
10. Click the button "
View Report". Wait for the system to generate the report.
1. Click on "E-Learning Admin" and then "Client login".
2. Enter your
email address and password to login.
3. On the
Management Reports page, click "Learner History"
4. Then click the "Filter Learner" button.
5. Limit your search by selecting a
Job Type or Cost Center.
6. Under the
Select noLogin option, click on "login allowed"
(This enables you to see only current Associates, not the
Terminated ones).
7. Scroll down and click on the
Dropdown arrow.
8. Select a Learner then click
Submit.
