| Pulling a Learner History Report |
| 1. Login by clicking on E-Learning Admin button. 2. Click on Client Login (upper right corner of the page) 3. Enter your email address and password. 4. Click the Show All button. 5. Click on Course Roster. 6. In the "Select a College" option, click on "Annual Enrichment All Associates" from the dropdown list. 7. In the "Select a Curriculum" option, click on "2010 Enrichment All Associates". 8. In the "Select Courses" option, click on "2010 Annual Enrichment All Associates (ONLINE)" from the dropdown list. (you may select other courses as needed) 9. Under the "Select noLogin" option, click on "login allowed" (This enables you to see only Current Associates, not the Terminated ones). 10. Click on the button "Currently Registered". 11. Click on the check box beside the following:(you may select more depending on the info you want to display) Learner Name (can be sorted alphabetically) Course Completion Date Test Score or Test Pass/Fail 12. Remove the green check marks from the rest of the check boxes by clicking on it. 13. Click the button "View Report". You can specify Report Format to HTML or EXCEL. |

Select a Cost Center. 7. Under the "Select noLogin" option, click on "login allowed" (This enables you to see only Current Associates, not the Terminated ones). 8. Scroll down the page to the "Select Learner" option. 9. Click on the dropdown arrow, select a Learner, then click Submit. |
