    Cross Hospital Parking Garage from
    the 6th to 7th level.
  • DO NOT park in Patient/Visitor
    parking areas.
Uniform: Students must wear appropriate
uniform and name tag at all times while on
duty at Holy Cross Hospital.

completed before the start of
clinical rotation.

on My History and submit to
clinical instructor/coordinator as
