Hendrich Admin

Access to Hendrich Admin is available to Nurse Managers only.
- Check who has completed the Hendrich Fall Risk Assessment course.

New Hire nurses are required to complete this course. To complete the Hendrich Fall Risk Assessment course, log into EPATH first, click on Course Catalog, select ANNUAL REQUIREMENTS-COMPETENCIES from the dropdown list under Catalog Headings, then click on VIEW COURSES.

Contact Virginia Treiber at extension 5963 if you are not able to access the Hendrich/Upright system.

Username and Password

Learner Login:
Username: hchxxxxx (where xxxxx is your Associate or Employee number)
Password: first name initial followed by your last name (ex. mjones)

Manager Login:
Username: your HCH email address
Password: same as your Epath admin password
