Vendors who render service at Holy Cross Hospital must complete the online orientation annually and prior to any work on site. This is in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.

The education requirements are listed here. Click on the links to get started. The Confirmation Form must be printed, signed, and submitted to the appropriate department leader where you will be working.

Construction/Engineering/Environmental Vendors ONLY

Complete the following requirements:
